Youth Director loses 160 lbs
Brent Hall was motivated last December to get healthy, so the UMC Youth Director changed his diet and began walking and excercising away the pounds. To date he has lost 160 pounds in just about eleven months. On one walk, he set out to walk to a town nearby (approximately eleven miles away) and while walking and carrying a water bottle, he was stopped briefly by the Boarder Patrol. His determination should serve as an inspiration to all!
