This iReport is part of an assignment:
Salute to troops |
A salute to veterens.
I've posted this previously but thought I might do it again just to remind people why we are able to live in a country where we can squabble like children over petty things, watch crappy reality shows, professional wrestling and late night comedians. Freedom is expensive and when we squnder it we are letting down those who gave the ultimate sacrifice so that we can have it. To all my fellow veterens I thank you and your families for your dedication to a nation that sometimes makes it extremly hard to deserve it. To those who are not home yet and will someday be veterens I assure you, you are not forgotton for one moment. Keep your heads down and come home safe so that next veterens day you can be with the ones who need you most.
