Tamales: Delicious
Tamales are a Southwestern staple and have been made here in America and in my family for the past five generations.
The Recipe was handed down to my aunt from my Great Grandmother Garcia who was married to a carpenter, Solomon Garcia, in Flagstaff, AZ. He along with my other Great Grandfather, Francisco Cruz, a millwright who worked at Williams Mill, AZ and married to Genoveva Cruz built a lot of the houses in and around Flagstaff.
...So it's more a celebration of them than it is the Tamales but the Tamales are delicious.
