FT HOOD MAJOR HASAN 13 MURDER CHARGES FACES DEATH PENALTY!!

FORT HOOD MASSACRE KILLER Major Nidal Malik Hasin is facing 13 counts of murder which will be formally announced later today.  In the Military when a death occurs and it is "PREMEDITATED", which is believed to have been in this case, the killer's life can be taken by the death penalty.  Major Nidal Malik Hasin went on a shooting rampage last week killing 13 people and wounding 29 others at Fort Hood.  Due to his horrendous acts and killing innocent lives he is facing 13 counts of murder and the death penalty.
Here are breaking stories and news coverage surrounding those decisions and events that were announced and made public today........
WASHINGTON – Military officials say the Army psychiatrist accused of killing 13 and wounding 29 in last week's shooting rampage at his military post in Texas will face 13 charges of premeditated murder under the military's legal system. The decision makes him eligible for the death penalty if convicted.
A formal announcement about the charges against Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan is expected later Thursday. Two U.S. military officials described the charges to the AP on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak about the case publicly.
The officials said it is not yet decided whether to charge Hasan with a 14th count of murder related to the death of the unborn child of a pregnant shooting victim.

Nidal's attorney states, "I think the closest thing that indicates that there's a court-martial in the works is last night ... I did receive an e-mail from the prosecutor at Fort Hood indicating to me that the pass privileges and leave privileges of Maj. Hasan had been revoked," Galligan said.

Nidal Hassan's family retained services of an attorney today to defend Major Hasan.   Here is the video as his attorney speaks outs......:
President Barack Obama states that the Fort Hood Shootings were "incomprehensible".  Here is the story regarding our President and his thoughts:
Here are my thoughts on what made Major Nidal Malik Hassan become a killer.  I posted this on Ireports yesterday:
My prayers and condolences go out to the families.  I pray that justice is served.....this is NOT OK.  Taking innocent and unsuspecting lives at the hands of another is beyond human comprehension.  I know that the families of the victims must be in a tremendous amount of pain and deeply hurt.  How can one understand this when it is incomprehensible?  Very very sad and tragic........
Blessings, peace, safety and love to the families and loved ones,
