FORT HOOD KILLER CHARGED WITH 13 COUNTS OF MURDER. IT WAS MADE OFFICIAL TODAY AS LAW ENFORCEMENT READ HIM THE CHARGES AS HE LAY IN HIS HOSPITAL BED.   The officals went into the hospital seeking out Major Nidal Malik Hassan to read him the "official" charges.  His attorney was not present at the time, and claims he feels "out of the loop".  It has been reported that Hasan may face additional charges....in the military when killings are "premeditated", which is the consensus in this situation, the "death penalty" can be sought.  It seems that Major Hasan will be held accountable for his horrific actions on the day he took everyone by surprise and gunned down and killed 13 innocent and unsuspecting lives.

The world was stunned and in shock as Major Nidal Malik Hasan, an otherwise calm and peaceful man, gave birth and death to the Fort Hood Massacre......a very sad and tragic day......
