         The decision of the Indian government has come late but still not very late. Indian politics is full of eunuchs by compulsion who have mortgaged their spines and integrity, guts and courage in the rottn asses of the rich and resourceful.

         The scientific eunuchs entering the Indian politics has raised hopes among the Indian people for a more determined force in the governance; who wilol not succumb like "eunuchs".
