This iReport is part of an assignment:
How has H1N1 impacted your life? |
H1N1 Hits Home
Caden was born under emergency circumstances. The NICU doctor that cared for him emphasized that for the first five years of his life we should pay close attention to any respitory problems that could develop. The first few winters were rough, and we ended up purchasing a nebulizer because we had to use it often.
After 6 days of H1N1 our five-year-old developed pneumonia. He's now on antibiotics and doing his regular breathing treatments. Hopefully this will pass, just as it always has before, and we'll look forward to a peaceful holiday season.
