    BARGE STOPS SHORT OF PIER

    This is video we got for World Cast News this evening at around 5pm, that shows the huge Crowley Barge stopping just short of the Sandbridge Pier. So far, an official told me that the barge has been anchored, and will be for a few days, but after that, the fear is that it will not be able to be stopped from crashing into the pier.
