Biu  My name is Peggy Davila from long beach ca. and my story started on August 4th 2005 when my daughter Susanna got killed in a car accident she was only 32 yrs old. She and my grandson Issac who was only 11 at the time had always lived with me. They were my life we did everything together and Issacs dad had never been in his life he didnt know him So of course I got sole custiody of my baby Issac Angelo Almeida. Just 5 mos. later in March 2006 my baby Issac was diagnoised with bone cancer ewing sacroma in his left arm In June 2006 Issac had to have his left arm amptited and I really believed that we had beaten that ulgy cancer. If you would have seen Issac you wouldnt of known he had cancer. He never got sick with infections and he didnt loose any weight. So in Dec 2006 Issac and his cousin Brittany also his best friend and me and grandpa went on a cruise to Hawaii and on his 13th birthday on Dec 28th he awoke with his back hurting we were hoping that maybe he over did hisself but wasnt to be. When we got back home he had his counts done on the 2nd of Jan and went back in the hospital for our week stay to get his chemo on the 3rd of Jan and on the 4th of Jan on my birthday his T9 vertibre collasped and parallazed him from the weist down We were in the hospital all of Jan and all of Feb and went home on March 2nd only to have Hospice to help with Issac. On March the 19th I had to get Issac back in the hospital only to keep him sededded out of pain. On April 22nd 2007 out of  my babys mouth he started to sing who wears short shorts from a nair commerical. His mommy use to sing that song when she was only 4 yrs old how did he know of that song we never told him. After he sanged that song I asked him if his mommy was there and he would answer by flarring his nostrills for yes and he gave me his little side grin and he was gone. I have my other geandchildren Brittany Almeida 17yrs and Logan Almeida 11 yrs and Sebastin 1 yr.old they are my life After loosing my Susanna and my baby Issac  in just 18 mos I really didnt think that I could go on but my three grandchildren let me know everyday that LIFE IS SO PRECIOUS and they are the ones that got me through the nightmare. And because of them I look at life so differenty Before I looked at life like the glass is half empty and now I can see that the glass is really half  full. THANK YOU PEGGY DAVILA
