The media hype in Hungary and all over the world made me write this newsletter, to provide you the ‘naked facts’ about H1N1 virus. Based on the facts, and not the rumours, you will be able to bring your decision about taking the vaccine or not.

We are the Children of Nature, and, as we wander more and more deeply into the world of dances of Mother Earth, more and more we feel the ‘protecting touch’ of Nature, a deep contact which provides physical and spiritual protection, joy and fulfillment in each moment of our lives.

Nature itself provides us everything we need to be healthy and happy. But Nature also gave us the knowledge, to be able to protect our sensitive bodies against such destructive, extreme attacks, like the H1N1 virus.

The health and well-being of our bodies might seem to be a ‘private matter’, but it’s not. The human body is ‘Nature’s Temple’, and we are responsible for the state of this Temple – and not exclusively for our own happiness. We can only give energy and love to our surroundings, families, and children if we feel strong, healthy, and beautiful, both physically and spiritually. Above all, we are responsible for the ‘genetical mix’ we are about to transmit to our (future) children.

H1N1 – The Naked Facts:

1. H1N1 virus appeared half a year ago, in Mexico, as a dangerously strong and destructive mutation of swine flu, and human flu.

2. When H1N1 enters into the body (you are infected), the body does not react immediately to it, as it ‘does not know’ that it has to. As this is the first time this kind of virus appears on the Earth, the human body does not have any memories about it, and that it has to produce antibodies against H1N1. So H1N1 makes its destructive way into the depth of the body, devastating its inner organs.

3. As a virus, H1N1 is the far relative of the most destructive pandemic in human history, the so-called ‘Spanish flu’ in 1918, which took 50-100 million lives (!).

4. The most dangerous kickback of H1N1 is ‘bleeding pneumonia’. As the body does not react to H1N1 virus immediately, H1N1 can make its way to the lungs, literally gnawing off the surface of the lungs. Therefore, the seriously injured lungs are becoming victims of several kinds of bacteria we inhale while breathing. The distruction goes on, as far as bleeding holes appear on the lungs. In most of the cases, this caused the tragic death of several young women, men, and children in Mid-Eastern Europe in the past few weeks. We have to mention that most of these victims were not elderly people, and were not in a bad health in general...
