You are Your Best Defense~
Only You know your body! Only you know if all is well or not. Just like all birds preen, they do it for many reasons. To maintain healthy feathers and skin, to look good, to keep their health up. We preen and bathe, and if we are thinking... We check for any abnormal conditions. Where'd that wart come from? What's that lump? Yes, you better check and check often. We bathe daily (hopefully) so check daily to make sure all is well.
I am telling you all this because of a report that says - women checking their breasts doesn't help...Hello--Who knows when to go to the Doctor? A woman that's who.
Also, I've lost most of my family to cancer. So you have to stay alert..
