This iReport is part of an assignment:
Ask the president |
Will partisanship continue to dominate American politics?
Mr. President, with the recent focus in the media on the debate over health care and economic relief, it seems like this country has entered one of the most bitter political divides we've seen in years. Do you think this unwillingness to compromise with each other will dominate American politics for years to come, or will the political parties begin to cooperate once the issues of health care and the economic recession are dealt with?
