    Looking Through the Glass Darkly Life in a Bubble

    Discussing this collaborative project with yadray and blabbylips

    and pondering over the photos I could only think of the old movie

    "Looking Through a Glass Darkly"

     

    To see “through a glass” a mirror “darkly” is to have an obscure or imperfect vision of reality. The expression comes from the writings of the Apostle Paul; he explains that we do not now see clearly, but at the end of time, we will do so.

    (1 Corinthians 13

    It is much easier to live within our comfort zone, never coming out
    of the bubble. Never seeing things for what they really are.
    Never getting involved, never reaching out.
    Yet at the same time observing the beauty that has been given to us.
