A vegetarian Thanksgiving
Another spicy and tasty vege to have.
2 boiled Beetroots 1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 oz. butter pepper and salt
2 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup water
Peel the beets, cut them into thin slices while hot and arange them in a vegetable dish. Put the butter, vinegar, mustard, pepper salt and water into a small saucepan, bring to the boil and pour over the beets.
Its quite tasty, rather than the every day boiled beets with pepper and salt.
