Kathy Beutler stole $251,000 from the Ohio Farmer's Union in Ottawa, Ohio as recently confirmed by Bob Cornwell.  Mr. Cornwell is the director of the Buckeye State Sheriff's Association.  The association is made up of all 88 sheriffs in Ohio.  Cornwell confirmed the amount Mrs. Kathy Beutler stole recently.  He said he was fully aware of the investigation by BCI, and he had read the investigation report.
