Cauliflower with Potatoes - Add Spice To Thanksgiving!
This is a perfect side dish to serve at Thanksgiving. This dish will add spice to your meal. Perfect as an appetizer, with a meal or a snack. Try it and let me know how it turns out for you!

Cauliflower with Potatoes
1 medium Cauliflower (divided into small florets)
½ medium Onion
3 medium size Tomatoes
3 cups of Potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 tsp. of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
1 tsp. Grounded Ginger
1 tsp. Red Chili Powder (or to taste)
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tbsp. Cilantro (chopped)
¼ cup Water
1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
Heat oil in a heavy pan. When oil gets hot, add in the onions and sauté for 15 minutes then add the cumin seeds, stir until they begin to pop. Then add in all of the other spices, cauliflower, potatoes and water. Stir to mix evenly. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is done but still crisp. Garnish with cilantro.
