California Balances It's Budget On Backs Of Students?
This is brilliant! It has been agreed that Americans need a college education to compete in a global market and to get a good paying job.
At a time when unemployment is the highest in decades, California and other states are raising tuition costs!
I have two daughters in college in NY and rates have gone up as well here.
More needs to be done to make college more affordable, not less affordable.
