    Chuck was a physician, astronaut, Navy Captain.  None of those accomplishments could save him from the thoughts that were ravaging him.  He was a beloved father, partner, uncle, son, brother, cousin, friend, etc.  He took his life on July 23, 2006.  We miss him dearly.
