    AUTISM: SILK GOES TO GUARDIANSHIP COURT VIDEO

     

    Silk attending a Guardianship court hearing in Dallas,Texas on November 19TH, 2009.  Honorable Judge Robert Price in courtroom #2. second floor.

    Silk was first introduced to the courtroom setting one hour before actual court preceding start.  She walking around the entire courtroom so she could feel comfortable in her setting.   She even was entertained by the Bailsman, a Mr. Brad Madrick.  He even allowed Silk to seat in the Judges seat before he came into the court room.  She enjoyed every moment.

    Silk's Attorney Robert O'Connor and State representative attorney Mrs. Hill show up about the same time.  The spoke briefly together, than explaining what we was to expect during the preceding.  They both indicated the preceding should go pretty quickly without any problems.   In, all it should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes, parent who is receiving the Guardianship will ask several important court requested question in front of the Honorable Judge Price.  Then, judge Price will asked the attorney's to tell the finding regarding living arrangement's and other important detail's to Silk livelihood.

    The ending result's on the Guardianship court precedings, Guardianship approval.

     

    Silk behavior during the precedings was excellant.
