Swine Flu Symptons? Whatever!!!
Today, as I was working with an elderly lady that I help, a nurse who stops by once a week to check up on her said I may have the swine flu...But check this out, my temperature was 100.9, and yes I feel a bit groggy, but it's just a simple flu...
She ended up giving me a mask so I can wear and she said I should see if my symptons get worse, so that I can go to the hospital...So when I got home I checked some websites, and here is a list of symptons that say you may have the swine flu...
If you or a member of your family has a fever or high temperature (over 38°C/100.4°F) and two or more of the following symptoms, you may have swine flu:
- unusual tiredness,
- headache,
- runny nose,
- sore throat,
- shortness of breath or cough,
- loss of appetite,
- aching muscles,
- diarrhoea or vomiting.
K, I am a little tired/groggy, I do have a runny nose, I haven't ate too much, and I do have a sore throat. BUT no way in the world, am I gonna get paranoid and run to the hospital just because of a seasonal flu...What I did do is stop by good old Walgreens and got me some Thera Flu and some Robitussin...Those 2 are the only things I've ever taken when I get the flu, and it normally makes me feel better in 2 maybe 3 days...
Later on this evening, I'm gonna get on my treadmill and sweat out this silly little cold...
"Nurse: You have swine flu symptoms sir...ANAV: Me? Swine flu symptoms? WHATEVER!!!"...
