RACIAL DISCRIMATION AND INTIMIDATION AT IT'S WORST
A group of TURNER INDUSTRIES GROUP employees working under a contract with KELLOGG BROWN & ROOT in the EXXON-MOBIL refinery in Beaumont Texas placed a noose in a tool box and ordered a black employee to clean the box. While she was taking pictures of the noose, the General Foreman shoved her aside and told her to put the camera away because it was only a joke. This was one of several instances of racial intimidation and discrimation on this job site, including another one involving a noose. The supervision and human resource offices of both TURNER INDUSTRIES GROUP and EXXON-MOBIL had first hand knowledge of many of the acts of racial discrimation, sexual harrassment and assault ( yes i said sexual assault) that was and still is going on. The on site management team of KELLOGG BROWN AND ROOT not only had knowledge of the acts but often took part in the acts
