While treading water in this Fergusson Passage of a backwater town, praying in vain I'll be able to flag down a passing boat that'll never come, I've had the time to review the differences in the handling of intelligence both over here and over there.   While you Brits only have a couple missing Princes buried under the stares of historians, we here in these insufferable colonies have a two score, six year gaping wound that has terminally infected our everyday present.    For us, it is a day to be outraged. Not an anniversary to be angry, but another day in the long count of days to be outraged. For as Gary Allen pointed out in his book  None Dare Call It Conspiracy, there are no accidents in politics. If an accident appears to have occurred, it was a carefully crafted event made to appear as an accident.  And in America, intelligence failures are no different. Our  9-11 intelligence failure was designed to strip from us the last of our constitutional rights and we have given them up willingly coming no closer in the eight years hence to having the security the sacrifices of our freedoms were supposed to have ensured.   To grasp our country's paralysis, one only has to remember who and what has been running this country for the past 46 years to date. And to do that one must be able to face the fact that we lost the war against organized crime on this date of 22NOV1963, when Hoover, Johnson, Clark & Mob, FLP in collaboration with the financiers of the military industrial complex overthrew our country in the name of making massive profits from pointless wars rather than enjoying the prophets of peace,  while simultaneously suppressing the knowledge that the other had returned to the table (27.2.1965) and should have been far more than a riddle in pun writing an email from a laptop with four *dead keys.     Since that business decision was made and effected 46 years ago to-day, our nation as become the Ali Baba of International Organized Crime and has been running this country into the ground while cloaking and presenting itself as if it were still a nation of morals, ethics and honesty; the brokers of peace, who in reality are nothing more than a bunch of gypsies, tramps and thieves stuffed into $3000.00 suits and given a 75 cent word vocabulary to snow the ignorant masses with.    Worse? From the smallest of Americas towns to Washington DC, our law enforcement agencies have become reclusive independents who refuse to share intelligence or assets with each other as, hell, that might solve a crime or two and perhaps disrupt the planning of yet another. And everybo
