    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     justinslee captured conflicts between UC Berkeley students and police on Friday, November 24. He told me, 'I could sense slow and eventual escalation, with students elevating their protests' before he started shooting video with his phone.

    Protests against the raise in student fees and for the release of arrested students get out of hand as police begin hitting the students.
