    The walk
The walk starts on the 16th of December (National Day of Goodwill) from Cape Point, South Africa and finishes, between 18 and 24 months later in Cairo, Egypt.
The route is approximately 12 000 kilometers (7500 miles) through the following Countries:
    South Africa,
    Botswana,
    Zambia,
    Malawi,
    Tanzania,
    Kenya,
    Ethiopia,
    Eritrea,
    Sudan and
    Egypt.

We will cover between 20 and 30 kilometers per day on average.

The intention of the walk is to raise funds for the Starfish Greathearts Foundation.

The walk will be utilized as a powerful medium to raise funds and awareness for not only aids orphans and under privileged children but also to draw attention to the plight of endangered wildlife on the African Continent, the effects of global warming and climate change, and various other relevant environmental issues .
