This iReport is part of an assignment:
Overcoming addiction |
Drugs are bad...mmmm hmmm..so don't use drugs...mkay.
I became a pharmacist in 1996. I decided to try narcotics shortly thereafter...I liked them very much. They made me whole. I became addicted and got into much trouble...legally, maritally, and professionally.
In 2000, I was delivered from this addiction following an arrest. Today I have been clean and sober 9 years. I am very grateful to be clean and sober.
