    Obama's Afghanistan decision

IT’S TIME TO AGREE TO DISAGREE AND SUPPORT OBAMA POUS AFGHAN DECISION

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     verichards8 is an Obama supporter who often shares her thoughts on political issues. You can see all the reaction to President Obama's Afghanistan speech here.
    - katie, CNN iReport producer

I can’t ignore the widespread fraud that was committed during the October 20, 2009, election in Afghanistan. Therefore in my view Karzai’s Presidency is not legitimate.  As a US citizen I don’t think that we should send 30,000 additional troops to Afghanistan.

Although I disagree with this decision I think that it’s time for President Obama’s base to make a decision to agree to disagree with some of the difficult choices that this brilliant man has been force to make.  If we don’t encourage him and support him who will?

I am so thankful that President Obama took the necessary time to make a decision and has laid out a course of action that is based on the wise counsel of his Administration.  I want to especially commend Secretary Clinton and Vice President Biden for their support and counsel to our president. (I wonder if either Clinton or Biden still wish that they were POUS.)

Keep the faith President Obama and know that we support and appreciate all that you do and all that you have are enduring in the name of  making this nation and world a better place.
