    Hurricane Season 2009 Ends But Gale Force Winds And High Seas Begin Along The Panhandle

    From Destin, Florida there is road flooding, gale force winds and high seas with small craft adviseries.  Sheets of rain pound down as the wind howls.  Many roads are flooded and more rain is expected all day.  I will send in more pictures as the daylight improves.
