    Helping others find jobs

    After losing his job at AIG last November Carlos Gil turned to online networking where he became determined to help others find jobs and stay positive. Since then Gil has launched a free employment search website called JobsDirectUSA which helps Job Seekers connect with Recruiters of companies that are hiring. Through JobsDirectUSA Gil also manages several online networking groups and has sponsored over 100 free grassroots face-to-face job networking events throughout the last year alone.
