    Cedar Rapids - Alliant Energy Tower

    These are photos of what happens when the water recedes.  They were taken of the Alliant Energy Tower office suites by a coworker who lives in Iowa.  Apparently, Alliant Energy has their offices on the 1st floor.  While I do not live in the Midwest, I was so horrified by these photos, I had to pass them on in the hopes that people can get a glimpse of the extent of damage after a flood dissipates.
