    Widow Maker Heart Attack at age 48 "Living List" Outlaw Trail Ride

    On March 31, 2008 I suffered a massive heart attack. In the medical world it is often refered to as the Widow Maker Heart Attack. I authored a book named "The Widow Maker Heart Attack at age48" for other heart attack survivors and their loved ones.

     

    In that book I convey many things that I think will help other heart attack survivors. One of those mentions regards what I call the "Living List'.

     

    All heart attack survivors should create their own "Living List" as a list that they would like to accomplish. These two videos were created with my #1 goal in mind.

     

    I would like to participate in the Outlaw Trail Ride. It's a 100 mile trail ride that takes place in Wyoming. I can hardly wait.
