General Bernie Comes to the Rescue
Remember when General Honore' rolled into New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and rescued all those people?
Well, last night at the Sarah Palin waiting line, when all those people were waiting outside in the bitter cold to see their hero, a military man once again came to the rescue! Brigadier General Bernie Skoch, ASAF Ret. rolled into the back parking lot of the Fayetteville, Arkansas, Sam's Club with gallons and gallons of hot cocoa...thus making permanent friends and eternal political allies...because General Bernie Skoch is running for office.
Declares Skoch, "I want to return representative government to the people!" How can you do anything but give a listen to a man who's plying you with hot liquids on a very cold night?
Gen. Skoch is a 29-year veteran of the United States Air Force and a native of Arkansas. He wants to balance the budget, stop bailouts, move to the Fair Tax method of taxation, impose term limits on senators and congressmen, opposes federal funds being used for illegal immigrants except for medical emergencies, and wants to increase the use of nuclear power and domestic oil drilling.
