    Highest Sales Tax in the Country

    Happy Holidays from Southgate and Pico Riveria in Southern California.  Both Cities just upped their sales tax to 10.75% just in time for Holiday shoppers!!  Highest sales tax in the entire country.  Can you say bah humbug!!
