This iReport is part of an assignment:
Remembering Tim Russert |
Lession Learned from Tim Russert
Like many, I did not know Tim Russert except from watching him on TV. From what I see there are some very important lesson learned about our health we can learn from his death. One if the first things is you don't need a doctor to tell you something is wrong. Just look in the mirror. If you are not healthy looking you had better change your eating habits. The second thing is don't expect medicine to keep you healthy, that is your job. Heart disease is not contracted through casual contact. You have to work really hard for a very long time to kill yourself this way. One look at Tim and you can see he was not healthy not matter what a doctor says.
The lesson learned is; your health can be seen in any mirror and not from a doctor's report. We have lost many good people due to the very simple idea that most of what people eat is not real food.
