    Flood 08 Cedar Rapids

    A historic and record breaking flood has crested and started to fall in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  As the water falls more and more damage becomes visible.  I took a trip down to the Ellis Boat Harbor to take a look at what House Boats are left.
