    Chicago's first real snow of 2009

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter Jeebee25 has been watching the weather forecast closely and says several more inches of snow are expected between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. He and his wife are prepared for a major snowstorm.

    We awoke this morning to our first real snow. Eight days later than last year but that's not surprising since Chicago has had one of it's warmest December's on record. This is just a taste of what is coming though. We have three storms coming up the pike from the south that should bring Chicago some Blizzard like conditions.

     

    In other news my 11 year old arthritic dog is very pleased since she loves the snow. No clue why, she should be bent up like a horseshoe in the cold but she wants to go back out as soon as we get back in.
