    Wreaths Across America

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     kcowan's son was among the teens in an honor guard unit helping pay tribute to soldiers. Wreaths Across America is a national event December 12 each year where wreaths are placed upon the graves of those who have served our country.
    - nsaidi, CNN iReport producer

This is a story about fine young American teenagers spending a Saturday  honoring our fallen veterans.  They are the U S Air Force Auxillary, Civil Air  Patrol cadet Honor Guard members from the Florida Wing, Group 3,  Pinellas  County Florida. Each cadet has a different reason for their deeply felt  patriotism. They are a dedicated group of young teenage boys and girls who  turned out in support of the goal to place a wreath at the final resting places  of our honored veterans at Bay Pines National Cemetery, in Bay Pines,  Florida.

Each December 12th this event strives to reach that goal.  Thanks to our fine  young Americans working together around the country with veterans and veterans  service organizations such as the American Legion,  we are getting closer to  reaching that goal. Please support our efforts by visiting the Wreaths Across  America website and become a sponsor today!  Thanks to everyone nationwide who  came out in support of the people who keep our country free! God Bless America  and our TROOPS! i
