    Storm Damage Lee's Resort, Grove Oklahoma

    Wall cloud skirted Grand Lake, and the high winds, toppled trees at this OLD resort. At least three trailers sustained damage. We had 38 people in our makeshift storm cellar, both rental guests and residences.  Some decided to ride out the storm in their mobile homes, and travel trailers......not a really good idea.

     

     

    We are located on the Elk River arm of Grand Lake O' the Cherokees, about 5.5 miles north of Grove, Oklahoma.
