Mayon Volcano spews out ash, lava
LEGAZPI CITY, PHILIPPINES - The Philippine Institute on Volcanology and Seismology or PHIVOLCS raised the Alert Level from 2 to 3 due to the ashfall and lava that spewed out since yesterday and the high-frequency earthquakes recorded by the said institution
Regional government has ordered an evacuation for those who are within the danger zone and are advised not go back unless the Alert Level has been lowered.
The Disaster Councils are now preparing if ever there will be a violent explosion from the volcano.
UPDATE ----> PHIVOLCS reports that there is a possibility that Mayon will have have a violent explosion within the coming days
More than 40 000 had been evacuated
