This iReport is part of an assignment:
Breakthrough Women |
A strong Woman
Hello, my name is Tationa Elliiott and I think that I am a breakthrough woman. I have been on my own since 16 when my mother died. I was involved in drugs and gangs at a young age. I was given a second chance in life and went off to college where I recived my B.S just at 21. I then came back to get full custody of my brothers. I was only 23 years old. I now work for Rockford Public Schools at Ellis Arts Academy and I love what I do. I work at an at-risk school with so many children that were or are going through things just like I did at their age. I am in the works of opening up my own Non-for-Profit.
