Oral Roberts: City Of Faith, Thank You For What You Did!

I just heard that Oral Roberts has died, and all I can say is that he was a very good man. back in 1985, before my little sister died of cancer, he invited my mom and sister to his City Of Faith Hospital...He heard about my sister through various people who prayed for her in church and also through Kaiser Hospital nurses...I don't know if Oral Roberts paid everything on his own, but he said he would take care of every single expense for my mom and little sister...He got my mom and sister a round trip ticket, and let my sister stay at his hospital for the entire month she was there...During that time, young people who were in school and in the choir visited my sister everyday and sang hymns to her. He invited my mom to a few live televised services so they can pray for her. Everyone there treated my mom with love and respect and prayed daily with her...Before my mom and sister flew back home, he took the time and called my brother and me over the phone and prayed for us...I remember him saying that no matter what happens, God gave you and your family an angel, a blessing from above...

Even tho my sister came back home and passed away, to this day I thank God for the kindness Oral Roberts and his staff showed for both my mom and little sister...

    May he rest in peace...
