Quick and Easy Tips to Beautify Your Home Without Breaking the Bank
iReport —
Please meet my neighbor, Laurie, who is fabulous at making beauty out of nothing. She has created a beautiful home out of bits and pieces of little things.
This tour will give you a good idea of some of the fabulous ideas she has utilized in her home. All of her design ideas are affordable, creative and can be done by anyone of us. A helpful hint that I often forget is to check thrift and antique stores. You never know what treasures you may find for almost next to nothing.
Our homes are our castles and the place where we spend the majority of our time. It should be a place that we enjoy and feel at home in. There are many low cost, to no cost ideas to spruce up and brighten your home. Repurposing is a wonderful way to reuse and redesign items already in your possession.
I hope your enjoyed the tour of Laurie's homes and got some great tips from her ideas. I know I already plan to try a few different things at my home.
Watch out Martha Stewart -- Here comes Laurie!
Happy Holidays!
