CNN was kind enough to show my work on the iReport around the time of the Presidential Inauguration.  That same work will be in the in the exhibit The Journey of Hope in America: Quilts Inspired by President Barack Obama, at the National Afro-American Museum and Cultural Centerin Wilberforce Ohio, December 18, 2009 thru December 18, 2010.  This has been a wonderful experience being a part of history and it has been possible by Dr. Carolyn Mazloomi. She had the idea, motivation to get this together and bring so many people with like ideas together.  The Book, The Journey of Hope will be published by Voyageur Press and is  now available for pre order on Amazon.com.
