MOTHER'S JOY 2
Mr Jide Bello was at the Nigerian Navy Secondary School Port Harcourt as a pioneering student. He was the first student to be welcomed by the School at inception. As I write this piece, it is very cold in London. I remember Chief Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi's song with nostagia.
ILU OYIBO DAARA ORE MI O DUN PUPO
ATI GBOMO LOWO EKURO O KI MA I SOJU BORO
OTUTU A MU E SUGBON O GBODO KAWE E.
You see what I mean. To study under the harsh conditions demands extra efforts and I can attest to the fact that Bookey and Enny will confirm this. But remember this.
ILE LABO ISIMI OKO
ODIDERE KII GBE SOKO IWAJE
AJO LEWA E O PADA DELE
Jide Congrats.
