Wells Fargo/Wachovia Keep Trying To Bypass My Rep.
Continued attempts to bypass my rep. They need to quit this unethical and sneaky tactic.
- Several phone calls from Wachovia/Wells Fargo even though I have a rep and that is who they should be contacting.
- Wachovia sent me someone else's paperwork. I wrote a note to the person who the paperwork was for (on the other side of the country) to let him know to contact the bank. This delayed processing in time for the deadline for both of us by at least 3 weeks (See OMG! Wachovia Sent Me Someone Else's Docs! at http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-354529 ).
- Continued attempts to bypass my rep.
- Wachovia sent a Real Estate agent (while I had a rep for home loan modification) to offer a short sale. He said the bank sent him and he has a working agreement with Wachovia.
- Tried to claim they had no contact with my rep and they never received paperwork from him. Took the bank's rep name and number and gave it to my rep and told him what the bank told me. My rep got it taken care of.
- They hide their identity on CallerID. They use something ambiguous so you don't know it's them calling.
Unbelievable!
800notes is a great place to find out who is calling when they won't provide their CallerID:
