    Illinois wasteful

    In Illinois, for those of us on medicaid or medicare, they send out a new paper card for proof of these services every MONTH. The state is obviously in a major financial bind. Wouldn't it help to stop printing out cards and issue plastic cards for us that are good for long term use?
