    Oh What Fun! NYC Slush

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     sjunat55 was walking around Chelsea last night and the slush made it a complete mess. When the ploughs come through, the streets may be clean but the sidewalks fall victim to all the snow. Wait for it to melt and you’ve got deep slush and puddles that folks have to hop over just to cross the street.

    The street corners of Manhattan become a slushy challenge to cross after a snow storm.

    Even though alternate side street parking regulations are suspended, it's still tough to break that wall of packed snow that's trapping your car after the plows went through.

    And all that beautiful white snow has turned into a messy gray slush half water, half ice.  Leave your expensive shoes at home.
