    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Joew770 of Saint Joseph, Missouri, went outside at 8:30 a.m. and captured some images of cars sitting in 11 inches of snow. He says it’s windy and there’s low visibility.

    These are some pictures outside my home on Christmas Day about 8:30 am, we expect to have 11 inch of snow here. . . This is unusual for a city like Saint Joseph, MO.
