    First White Christmas in Texas since 1926

    The Dallas Fort Worth Area experienced the first White Christmas since 1926. These photos were taken in a city park in Euless, Texas near Dallas Fort Worth Airport on Christmas Morning 2009. Flowers that enjoyed 74 degree temperatures on December 23 were frozen solid,

    icy roads made for slow travel. Dogs romped in the snow at the dog park. Everyone enjoyed getting their wish for a White Christmas morning!
