    These are pictures of a flooded area at Victory Park in Keokuk IA

     

    The 3rd pic is taken as you approach the Illinois/Iowa bridge . They have been battling the rising water & have worked around the clock to keep the Illinois side of the US Highway 136 Hamilton-Keokuk Bridge approach open during the flood.
