    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     The Port of San Diego Big Bay Balloon parade is dubbed 'America's largest balloon parade.' According to the city of San Diego, there are eight more balloons in this parade than the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. ChrisMorrow plans to be there to document all the fun.
